Melissa Homner is a Certified Health Coach practicing both at her office in Bozeman Montana and virtually, serving individuals locally, nationally, and internationally. Her passion is supporting clients who have chronic or autoimmune conditions who don’t know they CAN recover.
Because of her own journey with Multiple Sclerosis, diagnosis, and recovery, she works tirelessly to reach, support, educate and empower others who have given up hope of ever being well. She has been working in the autoimmune community as a health coach since 2017.
As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, Melissa is skilled at using a variety of testing, symptoms expressed by the body, and personal and family history to get to the root of the disease process for her clients. Then, as a team, they work together to create a plan to reverse the dis-ease dynamic in the body, and create the best path of recovery. She is dedicated to guiding her clients as they progress through this path, providing encouragement, education, and empowerment so that when the client has reached their desired wellness goals, they know how to STAY well.
Nadene Richter is Certified Health Coach in private practice in Mount Pleasant, SC. She has a strong passion for helping people heal in a natural and holistic manner. Her primary focus is to help people feel better, look better and live longer by creating long-lasting lifestyle changes to reduce stress and improve their overall health.
Nadene takes health coaching a step further by applying the principles of Functional Medicine to her practice to provide a deeper insight into what could be driving their symptoms. It is not enough to simply recommend a client eat more broccoli and exercise more frequently (although these are important). Her ongoing training in applied Functional Medicine provides her with the tools and know-how to dive deep beneath the surface to figure out what is the root cause of a client's symptoms. Over a period of time, she guides them through the changes they can make and the lifestyle habits they can adopt that will help them be proactive about their health or to return to a state of wellness.
Christy Lonergan is a Certified Health Coach practicing virtually out of Kansas City, Missouri. Her passion is meeting people where they are in their journey and supporting them to reduce disease symptoms and to live their best life.
Having overcome her own Meniere's autoimmune disease in 2012, she has since helped over 100 individuals locally and internationally to find their own path to wellness. Her specialty is to listen and read between the lines to discover root cause and to implement change in small ways that can have large impact. Her baby steps approach keeps change from being overwhelming, and she works to help her clients not only meet their health goals, but to also get back to the favorite things they enjoyed in life before becoming sick.
