Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any of our online digital programs and/or courses. These terms and conditions apply to Services provided by Sagebrush Wellness, LLC, of Helena, MT.

By purchasing anything from our website or from those of our affiliates and referral partners, including but not limited to programs, courses, products, services, opt-in gifts, e-books, e-mails, social media and/or other communication, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement which will bind you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue to purchase any Services from us.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and by purchasing our digital programs and courses, you are agreeing to the T&C as they appear, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not purchase our programs or courses.

Content of our online digital programs and courses are owned by Sagebrush Wellness, LLC (hereafter known as “Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our programs and courses.

“Confidential information” means information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine readable or other form concerning the business, clients, suppliers, finances and other areas of the other party’s business or products, including, without limitation, the Course and/or Program Materials.

“Content” means the information provided by Sagebrush Wellness, LLC, on it’s website and to accompany a course or program provided as part of the Services in hard copy or electronic form.

“Fees” means the fees paid by you to Sagebrush Wellness, LLC, for the Services.

“Group Program” means the gathering of more than one person via phone, zoom, online group chat, or social media whether remotely or in person.

“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.

“Services” means the provision of the Online Course and/or Program and their materials together with such other services as agreed from time to time and purchased by you through the Website or by telephone.

SERVICES

A description of the Services together with the dates on which the Services will begin are available on the website from where you purchase our offered Online Courses and/or Programs. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.

We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services described on the Website without notice.

We expect you to confirm that the Services you are purchasing will meet your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result from your purchase and completion of any of the Services.

A legally binding agreement between us and you shall come into existence when we have :

(a) accepted your offer to purchase Services from us by sending you an email confirming the purchase; and

(b) received payment of the relevant Fees from you for the course, program or service which you are purchasing.

FEES

The Fees for the Services shall be as quoted to you at the time you placed an order for them.

All Fees are payable by you directly to the relevant professional body selling our Services, and we accept no responsibility or liability for your outcomes from the program or course completion.

Fees for the Service selected by you shall be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full prior to you accessing any online Program or Course or Service.

Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of Services are for your own account and Sagebrush Wellness, LLC, shall not be responsible for these.

You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your participation or your access onto any of our Services.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital programs and/or courses, we allow refunds if requested within 72 hours from the date and time of the original purchase. Our coaching programs carry no refund policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Online Courses, Programs, and their Content is property solely owned by us and/or our affiliates or licensors, unless otherwise noted, and it is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or access any of our Services, you agree that:

The trademarks and logos displayed in our Services or its Content are trademarks belonging to us, unless otherwise indicated. Any use including framing, meta tags or other text utilizing these trademarks, or other trademarks displayed, is strictly prohibited without our written permission.

If you choose to participate in any of our Online Group programs, you agree to keep all conversations, whether verbal or written, confidential at all times.

This clause shall continue notwithstanding termination of these terms and conditions.
